Today, we’ll be talking about transportation. Transportation and mobility is an extremely important part of survival. Using things like cars and gas run vehicles is a dangerous game. They’re loud, unpredictable and not built to survive a zombie apocalypse. They run on gas which will run out, are large and make more noise than necessary. The advantages would be they get where you need to go fast and are decent enough zombie killing machines. Then there’s the silent, effective transportation means. The main one would be a bicycle. Quiet, easy to ride and is built to survive even mountainous conditions. They’re light and quiet. It’s perfect for almost any environment. Always be careful if you live in treacherous areas such as cities or the mountains. Wear a helmet in case you crash. The last thing you need in the apocalypse is a gash in your head. Be wary of zombies that are inside their cars because those can still reach out of their windows. If the only way to get somewhere is by vehicle, learn how to siphon gas. You’re going to need all the gas you can get your hands on. Gas=travel and mobility. Don’t forget that boats or airplanes are out there, but don’t be foolish. Zombies don’t require oxygen so they can stay underwater as long as they want so boats are bad. They’ll attract zombies’ cause of noise and it uses large amounts of gas. Airplanes are another issue. Sure, zombies can’t fly, but all zombies will most definitely hear you and see you. If you crash, there’s no covering up the large plumes of smoke and flame your plane will emit. The sound will attract more zombies than needed. Transportation is a huge part of survival so watch out. Be wary and always be prepared to walk for whatever reason you deal with.
